BCECA shapes skills development, enables knowledge sharing and promotes best practices in engineering project execution. We also showcase the diversity of opportunities in engineering contracting to inspire the next generation of talent. This is possible thanks to the active engagement of a range of talented and experienced professionals who are released from their demanding day jobs to share ideas and insight, raise awareness and improve our member companies' collective effectiveness.
Highlights over the last 12 months include a successful fourth annual conference and a well-received report back and reception in the House of Lords. Approximately 800 undergraduates participated in our regular industry days, which featured interactive workshop sessions offering insight into the work of our member companies. Our regular salary reports, which track pay trends in the sector, were expanded to include consultancy personnel.
